Player Eligibility & Account Registration

1. 1.1

   Eligibility Requirements

   To register and use a 77pk account, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

   • You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
   • You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and bots are strictly prohibited.
   • You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.
   • You must not be subject to any self-exclusion program, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
2. 1.2

   One Account Per Player

   Each player is permitted to hold only one 77pk account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. 77pk reserves the right to take the following actions if multiple accounts are detected:

   • Immediate closure of all duplicate accounts without prior notice.
   • Forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals across all duplicate accounts.
   • Reporting of suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities at 77pk's discretion.
3. 1.3

   Account Verification (KYC)

   77pk is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests and at certain deposit thresholds. You may be requested to submit a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document together with proof of address. KYC documents must be current, legible, and authentic. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in a hold on your account and any pending withdrawal requests. 77pk will process submitted documents as quickly as possible and will notify you of the outcome by email or in-platform message.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

1. 3.1

   General Bonus Terms

   All bonuses and promotions offered by 77pk are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made. General principles that apply to all 77pk bonuses are as follows:

   • Each bonus is eligible to be claimed once per player unless stated otherwise. Multiple accounts claiming the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse.
   • Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are separate from real money balances. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
   • 77pk reserves the right to cancel any bonus, free spin award, or promotional credit at any time if it believes the bonus has been claimed fraudulently, through a technical error, or in breach of these terms.
2. 3.2

   Wagering Requirements

   The wagering requirement for any bonus is the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real money balance. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means ৳20,000 must be wagered before any withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific promotion terms.

3. 3.3

   Bonus Expiry

   All bonuses and free spins are subject to an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to the player's account. Free spins must be used within 7 days. Any unused bonus funds or free spins remaining at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. 77pk will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property, Privacy & Limitation of Liability

1. 5.1

   Intellectual Property

   All content on the 77pk platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 77pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without the express prior written consent of 77pk.

2. 5.2

   Privacy & Data Protection

   77pk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read together with them. By registering for a 77pk account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmitted between your device and the 77pk platform is protected by SSL encryption. 77pk does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. 5.3

   Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77pk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. 77pk's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

4. 5.4

   Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 77pk and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your breach of these Terms & Conditions; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the platform.
